200 g of softened butter
100 g of flour
100 g of “digestive” buiscuits
80 g of sugar cane
Crumble preparation: take digestive buiscuites and turn them into crumbles (a little advice: if you own one, use a mixer like “kitchen aid”).
Mix flour, sugar and the butter (cut into little pieces) in a bowl and work them into dough using your fingertips until you obtain a granular texture. Add the buiscuits and keep working.
Place the crumbles on the fruit, place the pan into the oven and cook for about 25-30 minutes (according to your oven) until a golden crust appears on top.
Serve warm with fresh strawberries cut into little pieces aside.
